We are ready to return the registration fees on that particular case. We are not responsible for any cancellation or refund that does not meet our norms and conditions. If you terminate your tour membership from your end, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscriptions. Navlerivetadu Matrimony will not refund any members who have decided that they no longer wish to use our site.
We publish our terms and conditions for refund under the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the information technology (intermediaries guidelines) rules, 2011 that require posting the regulations and registrations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name www.navlerivetadu.com (the "Website") and should not be read along with the terms of service and privacy policy displayed on the website.
Navlerivetadu will be the best platform that you will ever come across through which you can find a better alliance for your son, daughter, sibling, or even for yourself. If you complete the registration in the Navlerivetadu matrimony site, your ID will be visible to the other group members, and it will be easier to connect with them. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE INITIAL 5-DAY PERIOD, EXCEPT UNDER SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES AS OUTLINED BELOW :
+Users who have actively used the service (such as contacting matches, receiving contact information, or attending events) may not be eligible for a refund.
+Fees related to premium memberships, promotional packages, or customized services are non-refundable.
+We do not impose any administrative or processing fees at the time of sign-up or registration. The only charge you will incur is for the membership plan itself. Users are solely responsible for paying the membership fee, with no additional hidden costs.
+If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the approved refund request, Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase only.
+In cases of partial refunds, the amount will be calculated based on the duration and extent of service usage.
+In the event of a technical issue that prevents the client from using the service, a prorated refund may be considered.
+If you encounter any technical issues or server problems while purchasing a membership plan, and your transaction is initiated successfully from user end, but you do not receive an active subscription, in such case we investigate the issue and related transactions. We verify the transaction details, and after thorough verification, once the issue or error relate to transaction is resolver your membership plan gets active within 3-4 business days. In such scenario if the user does not wish to proceed further Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
+Refunds are not sanctioned for members who have paid the full amount and then wish to take a discount offer or promotion deals. Also, you cannot cancel your membership to buy a cheaper deal. Customers who want to cancel their subscriptions are not allowed to seek a partial or full refund or discounts for any reason. If you don't want to bill again after your initial purchase, you must cancel your membership before the scheduled re-bill date; otherwise, your membership will be renewed and won't be refundable.
